Sticky Crispy Garlic Chicken Wings
I’m a sucker for a nice piping hot fried and crispy chicken wing. Doesn’t matter the flavor…. hot, spicy, sweet, lemon….whatever, rest assured you’ll find me in a corner going in on a plate of wings! Surely I can’t be the only one?
I know I’m not 🙂 and as chicken is something that I post regularly here on the blog, I’m really happy to be sharing these sticky, sweet garlic chicken wings because they are FULL of FLAVOR, and down right addicting!
The flavor comes directly from two sources. First the wings are breaded in a blend of flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and a lot of ginger! Then they are fried in peanut oil until they are crispy and golden brown. You could of course stop here, and eat them just like this. I won’t tell because I do it all the time, and they taste amazing!! But if you want to take them to that next level of extreme deliciousness, then the sticky sweet glaze is key!
