Mint Chocolate Chip Truffles
These Mint Chocolate Chip Truffles combine a creamy mint chocolate center with a hard chocolate shell. They are the perfect holiday treat!
This post is brought to you in partnership with Challenge Dairy. I am so grateful for the opportunity to partner with great brands that I use in my day-to-day life. They make this site financially possible! As always, all thoughts and opinions are a million percent my own.
So I have been doing a lot of shopping lately.
I mean obviously, it’s the holiday season. And with that comes holiday SHOPPING. You know, like gifts and things that I buy for other people because I am a loving, generous person.
But with said holiday season comes SALES. Lots and lots of sales. Discounts galore around here. I can’t even stand it. So naturally, I stock up on things while they are cheaper than usual.
It’s a money-saving technique. Quite smart of me, if we are being honest.
